How to return an item

  1. Email info@oakwoodvintage.shop with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We will send you the return instructions and a free return label.
  3. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and hand it to the carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
